MOTION TECHNIQUE CLASS

Let's learn the basics of cheer, but make it fun! Here at Cheerleading Techniques with Tori, we want to teach the basic motions to our young athletes, but also make it fun. Our goal is to teach these young athletes that cheer is FUN, but also what the key points are when starting out. During our hour practice, we will be:​

Learning the basic cheerleading motions​

Making up our own motion drills with the kids

(so they can help too!) â€‹

Playing their favorite cheerleading clinic games to keep their attention going​

Don’t worry, we will have potty breaks for the little ones too

Once we get closer to the end of the month, we will try adding motions to music for fun!

JUMP TECHNIQUE CLASS

Let’s learn the basic motion techniques, but make it fun! Here at Cheerleading Techniques with Tori, we want to teach the basic techniques and flexibility with our jumps to our young athletes, but also make it fun. Our goal is to teach these young athletes to start the basic stretching and preparing/jumping techniques while they are so young! Our goal is to teach these young athletes that cheer is FUN, but also what the key points are when starting out. During our hour practice, we will be:

Learning the basic jump stretches

Learning how to prep for jumps tight and clean​

Learn what each jump consists of​

Playing their favorite cheerleading clinic games to keep their attention going

Don't worry, we will have potty breaks for the little ones too!

Once we get closer to the end of the month, we will start doing jumps to music for fun!
