More physically challenging than beginner yoga and multi level flow, this yoga class incorporates conscious breath-work, vinyasa flows, sun salutations, and balance poses to stretch and strengthen the body. Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures.
